Rather predictable result when fourth rankedSanta Tecla (9-3) smashed at home 8th ranked Ahuachapan (1-10) 95-70 on Saturday. Santa Tecla looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Ahuachapan 's players. The best player for the winners was Dominican Xavier dela Rosa (196-1991) who scored 34 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Eliezer Sanchez chipped in 10 points, 22 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Santa Tecla players scored in double figures. Santa Tecla's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench saving starting five for next games.
